On my way home from Kansas I stopped by my sister’s organic produce farm and picked up some organic veggies. The BEST way to treat heirloom peppers and tomatoes: FIRE ROAST THEM!!! I see some amazing salsa in my future.
To fire roast: Get grill pan, get veggies. Put veggies on grill for 10ish minutes.
Why aren’t you fire roasting heirloom produce right now? Fire roasting brings out the flavors. 🙂
